Draft the outline

Paste into the WBS
On the project Work Breakdown screen, paste the text. Kizani parses hierarchy, estimated hours, team assignments, and dependencies into a structured plan.
Generate the quote
Select WBS items and create a quote with line items grouped by phase, person, or task—carrying estimated hours into pricing without retyping scope.
Scaffold the board
After the client accepts, scaffold the WBS to the Kanban board: phases become lists, tasks become cards, subtasks become checklists—linked for planned vs. actual tracking.
