All plans include client portal payments at no extra fee. To keep the platform fast and reliable for everyone, the following per-workspace limits apply:

  • REST API: 120 requests per minute
  • Inbound webhooks: 60 requests per minute
  • Automations: up to 30 per project, 10 actions each

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

What happens if I exceed my seat limit?

If active users exceed your tier limit, you won't be able to invite new users until you upgrade. We'll prompt you to upgrade when you hit the limit.

Are there fees on client portal payments?

No. Collecting payments through the Client Portal (Stripe or PayPal) is included in your subscription — whether clients pay by card, ACH, or PayPal. Manually recorded payments (check, wire, etc.) are also free.

What are the fair use limits?

Each workspace has per-minute caps on REST API (120/min) and inbound webhook (60/min) traffic, plus up to 30 automations per project (10 actions each). These protect shared infrastructure; contact us if you need higher limits.

How do AI credits work?

Every plan includes 50,000 credits per month. You can purchase additional credits at $25 for 1.0M credits.
